Technical Support
Our expertly trained technicians strive to answer all requests within 24 hours; however, they generally respond within a couple of hours on regular business days. OHM in-house technical support hours are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Whether phone call, fax or email, the OHM Technical Support team is here and ready to help you! With a current maintenance and support agreement, our technical experts are able to assist you with your OHM needs, such as:

      • General “How To” Questions
      • How Modules Interact
      • Update Assistance
      • Basic Report Writer Questions
      • Setup Questions

On-Site Technical Services
USSI can provide technical assistance for clients as they install OHM for the first time or upgrade their existing program. Our technical expert will expedite the process by coordinating the work flow among the various technical resources and provide the advantage of being on-site to answer questions and troubleshoot issues that may arise.

The technical trainer's role can also be expanded to include end-user training so that the people using the program can learn about the latest features and improve their efficiency in using OHM's core capabilities.
